The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact Collection is the complete collection of Maximum Impact series on a single DVD, powered by PS2 Multiloader. The Maximum Impact series was a spin-off of the The King of Fighters series that brought the series to 3D for the first time. Dispite it's fun gameplay and good graphics, the series were not so well received due to the differences in gameplay compared to the original series and the series were over with only 3 games. Now we bring all the three of them on a single disc for your PlayStation 2.
Playable Games:
This compilation uses the old PS2 Multiloader, it isn't beautiful, but was the best option for this complex compilation that had some content cutted to make all the games fit and work in the same disc. Take a look at what was removed below:
- English voice acting in KOF: Maximum Impact (the speaking language always be the original japanese regardless of the configuration);
- English voice acting in KOF: Maximum Impact 2 (the speaking language always be the original japanese regardless of the configuration);
- Game trailers in "Coming Soon" from KOF: Maximum Impact (accessing them plays the Ignition Entertainment logo);
- Alternate "Here Comes a New Challenger" message in KOF: Maximum Impact - Regulation A.
