Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (a.k.a. PES 6) was the sixth instalment from the Pro Evolution Soccer series released by Konami in Europe. In the USA, this game was released as Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2007 and as Winning Eleven 10 in Japan, it's unarguably one of the most iconic games of the series, being (and still being) the base game for countless patches created by fans. The european version for the PlayStation 2 is special for it's possibility to play online, which is still possible through third party servers.
This one is just a simple MOD with Player Names, Team Names and Stadium Names corrected, since the game lacked license to use some real names. It was made in the UK release of the game.
I originally made it for myself to play online, so I didn't bother to change kits, emblems or delete duplicated players, but regadless being simple, I thought it could be useful for other players or even modders, serving as a base for a more advanced patch, so I decided to share it. And yes, you can play fair online with this version against other players using the original unpachted game, since nothing but some names are changed (for information regarding how to play PES 6 online, check out here).
